REFEND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Eligibility For Return And Refund:

  • We accept return only in cases of product defects , misprint or damages.
  • To request a refund , costumer must contact our support team within 30-day of delivery and provide necessary photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Personlized or custom made items are non-refundable.
  • Order placed with incorrect size or color selection by the costumer are not eligible for return.

Lost Or Delayed Shipments:

  • If a shipment is delayed beyond 15 buisness days , a claimed can be filed.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 Buisness days.
  • Shipping cost are not-refundable unless the return is due to error on our part.
